Angels in this serenity garden place...

I sit on the old stone benches and enjoy the peace and serenity these statues afford when I visit the Forest Cemeteries and Gardens in Utica. This time of the year the geese can be heard honking overhead, masked occasionally by the rustling of the falling leaves as the wind gently blows. The statues now are often backdropped by a glorious blaze of autumn color, or set off against a cerulean blue sky or the salmons and crimsons of an autumn sunset. Each visit and the four seasons guarantee a different experience each time I visit, which often helps to motivate my creativity.
