Piseco Lake Winter....

I love the peace, the beauty and the solitude of winter here on Piseco Lake. This time of the year there are no motorboats or snowmobiles (because of ice, thin ice or open-no/open water) in fact except for a few locals traversing the roads....you have the place to your self to enjoy. As always, originals are for sale, as well as prints and giclees if you are interested. I also have note cards @ 3.00ea postcards @ 2.00ea. e-mail inquiries: igcgraphics@verizon.net

Kanji "Serenity" Version in Shadow Box Frame

36" x 36"
the tiered, dimensional effect along with the color and varying sizes, helps create the feel of change or transition....part of achieving serenity is being acceptive of the fact that each moment is transcedental and fleeting...so savor and enjoy. The layering shadow under natural light will also change through the day until man made light is turned on

Prayers and peace to the people of Japan

The ocean can be a sanctuary of untold beauty, calm and reflection.
A provider of food and opportunity for life...
As we have become all too familiar with in the last few days....
......she can also be a dark and cruel mistress bent on undoing in one fell swoop, all of the best laid plans of man in a few moments. -Patrick Yasu Huther
